1. Develop your concentration
You are not the only one who would drink chamomile after having a tiring day. Do you like mixing it with green tea?
Studies show that green tea is best for brain function. It gives you a calming feeling but increases your alertness simultaneously.

It is known in Africa that Rooibos or red tea is caffeine free and native to their place.

It has been said that this decreases insomnia and lessens stress and headaches, too. If you don’t like caffeine, reach for the red tea.

2. Cleanses your body
, It’s all about detoxing.
The very products that we use in detoxing are the ones that leave out chemicals in our systems.

As we always eat, detoxing the body from harmful chemicals is a must to keep the body healthy.

Green, black, white, ginger, etc. are all teas that have detoxifying effect.

3. Fights off inflammation
Ginger, garlic, and turmeric have something in common.

They are very popular anti-inflammatory agents. Allow steeping of the minced garlic and turmeric in a hot ginger tea.

You can also use ginger and chamomile if you don’t want the ginger and turmeric.

You won’t need the Advil.
Green tea also has anti-inflammatory properties, add it to your tea to give it a caffeine boost.

4. Feeling down while having your monthly period
Get the peppermint tea ready. It helps improve and soothes your tummy. Green tea helps soothe cramping pain.
Coffee is not the answer when you are experiencing unpleasant periods. Tea will keep you hydrated.
You may also drink Red raspberry leaf tea.

5. Antioxidants in teas
This is the biggest deal. That is why scientists and health experts are very much interested in tea.

These chemicals are the reason why berries and other fruits and vegetables are so healthy. It is responsible for all the good things our bodies are capable of.

It saves us from these: cancer, aging, risk of strokes, heart problems and liver problems. They also reduce blood pressure and cholesterol. And so on and so forth.

So wait no longer!
