People conclude that their children have poor judgment when they act without thinking. There is always a feeling or unsettling emotion behind every child’s strange behavior. Children who don’t understand their anxiety are likely to behave strangely. In such cases, children may become uncontrollable when they are not properly guided. Children who are well trained in matters anxiety have less emotional related problems. Training your child in anxiety should not be all about lecture but by taking part in anxiety behavior for the child to learn by example. When you are training your child on anxiety, you should encourage incidental learning and manage your anxiety first for the child to follow suit and see that the parent is not anxious too.

As a parent, you should strive for your child to be able to name their feelings. By naming how your child is feeling, they would be able to know what’s making them uncomfortable. For your child not to feel intimidated, you should try and name their feelings as often as possible.

Children should learn how to control their anxiety as they grow. When a child is able to articulate anxiety, he or she will definitely be able to manage them. Children may not be able to express everything but have too much language in their minds. Your child will learn how to speak out their feelings through the training you will give him or her. It is important for children to respect the anxiety of their fellows.
